How Booking Works
509 Fun is a members-only, self-service facility — book online, let yourself in, and hit.
1. Become a member. Sign up online for $50/month (cancel anytime) and sign the liability waiver. Minors need a parent or guardian to sign.
2. Book your cage. Log in and reserve Cage #1 or Cage #2 up to three days ahead.
3. Get your door code. When you book, your confirmation email includes a personal keypad code that works only during your reserved hour, starting 15 minutes before.
4. Show up and hit. Enter your code at the keypad, use your cage, and lock up when you leave.

Team & Group Rentals
Coaching a youth baseball or softball team? Rent a cage — or the whole facility — by the hour and bring your players in for a private practice.

One Cage — $40/hour

How team rentals work

Coach signs up (free, one time), link here. Coaches sign up and sign the waiver: Coach Signup. It's free — you only pay when you book.

Coach books and pays. Book your Team Rental in the portal (One Cage $40/hr or Two Cages $80/hr), up to 3 days ahead in 1-hour blocks. Book it yourself so your door code lands in your confirmation email.

Players sign up free and sign the waiver, link here. Every player must sign up (free) and complete the waiver before the session. Coaches, send this link to your parents: Team Player Signup. No player may use the facility without a completed waiver.

Practice day. Your keypad code (in your confirmation email) works starting about 15 minutes before your booked time. Players come in with you on your code during your booked window. Access is only during your booked time.

How It Works
Located in the Dolarway Business Park. This is a members-only, self-service facility that is frequently unstaffed. When you join, you'll sign a quick liability waiver online. Once it's signed and your booking is active, you get in with your personal door keypad code or the 509 Fun member app on your phone — the door stays locked until your waiver is on file. Just arrive and hit.

To ensure a safe and productive environment for all members, please follow these guidelines during your sessions.
Clean Facility
Non-marking athletic shoes only (no cleats)

What does a membership entail?
To ensure safety and privacy, all users of the 509 Fun facility are members. For $50 per month, you get full access to both cages, complimentary booking slots, and use of all onsite equipment. There are no contracts, so you can stop your service at any time.
Joining Process
Simply register via our website, complete the digital liability form, and activate your account. Once finished, you can immediately reserve your cage time and receive a unique entry code for the facility door keypad.
How do I enter the cages?
Access is managed through a secure keypad. Once you have an active membership and a signed waiver on file, you can enter using your personal code or the 509 Fun mobile app via Bluetooth. The door will only unlock for members with updated documentation.
What if I get locked out or the keypad won't work?
If your code won't open the door or you have any trouble on-site, text us at 509-899-7371 and we'll help you get in. Remember that your keypad code only works during your booked window, starting 15 minutes before your reservation — so double-check your booking time first.
Membership Perks & Equipment
Members enjoy total access to two climate-controlled cages, integrated pitching machines with auto-feeders, and a variety of training tools like weighted balls and contact bats. Cages support both hitting and pitching drills. Reservations are available in 1-hour blocks up to three days in advance.
Youth Training Options
We welcome young athletes. While every individual who hits needs a membership, players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian finalize their online liability waiver during registration to gain entry.
Bringing Guests or Partners
Family and friends are always welcome to come inside and watch at no charge — only the person hitting needs a membership and a signed waiver. So if a teammate wants to actually take swings, they'll need to sign up for their own membership (or a free team player spot) and complete their waiver before arriving. Spectators should stay outside the cage while the machine is running.
Can a parent or family member come in to watch?
Yes. Family and friends are welcome to come inside and watch — only the person hitting needs a membership and a signed waiver. For everyone's safety, spectators should stay outside the cage while the machine is running.
Required Gear
Please bring your personal helmet, bat, and clean athletic footwear. Please note that cleats are strictly prohibited to protect our turf. We provide the balls, machines, and professional training aids for your session.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime by emailing office@509fun.com — there's no long-term contract. Cancel before the end of the month and you won't be billed again; your membership stays active through the end of that paid month.
Can I cancel or change a single booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule an upcoming booking through the member portal before it starts. Canceling your monthly membership is separate — see "How do I cancel?" above.
Are bookings refundable?
Individual and team bookings aren't refundable once the reserved time has passed. Monthly memberships are billed in advance and aren't prorated, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. If something goes wrong on-site, email office@509fun.com and we'll make it right.
What if I miss my booking or don't show up?
Bookings are for a set 1-hour window. If you miss it, the time isn't refunded or credited, and your keypad code only works during your booked window. Just book another available time.
