Sign up online and sign the waiver. A parent or guardian signs for players under 18.

Log in and reserve Cage #1 or Cage #2, up to 3 days ahead.

Your keypad code is on your sign-up confirmation page and in your welcome email. It works from 15 minutes before your booking until it ends.

Enter your code at the keypad, use your cage, and make sure the door locks when you leave.

Getting in
509 Fun is self-service and frequently unstaffed. Use your keypad code or the 509 Fun app on your phone. Your code won't work until your waiver is on file.
Keep it safe, keep it clean
Follow these every session so the cages stay safe and ready for the next member.
Safety first
- Helmets required at all times inside the cages
- No more than one hitter in a cage at once
- Stay behind protective screens during use
- Report any equipment malfunction right away
Waivers
- Anyone using the cages needs a signed waiver, including parents who pitch or feed
- Spectators don't need a waiver but must stay outside the cages and behind the netting
- Anyone under 18 must have an adult with them the entire time
Clean facility
- Clean, non-marking athletic shoes only. No cleats on the turf
- Pick up all balls and return them to the feeders
- Return training aids to their racks
- No food or drinks inside the turf zones
Member access
- Don't share your keypad code
- Stick to your booked time
- Make sure the door is locked when you leave
How do I get in the door?
Use your keypad code, or unlock the door with the 509 Fun app (Bluetooth) during your booking. Your membership and waiver must be active.
What if I get locked out or the keypad won't work?
First check that your booking has started, since your code only works during your booked time. Still stuck? Text 509-899-7371.
Can kids use the facility on their own?
No. Anyone under 18 must have an adult (18 or older) with them and supervising in person the entire time they're at 509 Fun. Minors may not enter alone or use a code or app to get in without an accompanying adult present.
A parent or legal guardian must sign the liability waiver before a minor uses the facility. 509 Fun is self-service and frequently unstaffed, so supervising minors is the responsibility of the parent or guardian and the accompanying adult.
Signing up more than one child?
Sign up your first child as usual. On the same form, click "Add Shared Membership Member" to add each brother or sister. You only need their name and birth date, no extra email. Each child gets their own door code, and every child is billed on your card at the regular membership rate. To book cage time for a brother or sister, email office@509fun.com once and we'll turn on booking for that child under your login.
Can family, friends or a hitting partner come?
Yes. Anyone can watch for free with no waiver, as long as they stay outside the cages and behind the netting. Anyone who steps into a cage, swings, pitches, catches or feeds a machine needs a signed waiver first, including parents. Adults helping out can sign the free adult waiver here. Teammates taking swings need a membership or a free team player spot.
What should I bring?
Bring your own helmet, bat, and clean athletic shoes. Cleats are never allowed on the turf. We provide the baseballs, softballs, pitching machines and other training aids.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email office@509fun.com. There are no annual commitments. If you cancel before the month ends, you won't be charged again, and your access continues through the end of the paid period.
Can I cancel or change a single booking?
Yes. Change or cancel it in the online portal before it starts. This doesn't cancel your membership.
What if I miss my booking? Are bookings refundable?
Bookings are for set 60-minute windows, and your code only works during that time. Missed bookings can't be credited or refunded. Rentals and memberships are non-refundable once the time has passed, and monthly fees aren't prorated. If you have a problem on-site, email office@509fun.com.
