These Terms & Conditions apply to the website www.509fun.com and to text messages from 509 FUN LLC ("509 Fun," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates a batting cage facility at 1500 W Dolarway Road, Suite 1204, Ellensburg, WA 98926. Memberships, bookings, payments and waivers are handled in our booking system and are governed by the agreements you accept there. If those agreements conflict with these terms, those agreements control for memberships, bookings, payments and waivers.
SMS Terms
- Program: 509 FUN LLC sends text messages from (509) 899-9899 in reply to your questions and about your cage bookings, door access codes and lockouts. We do not send marketing texts.
- How you opt in: you opt in by texting us at (509) 899-9899, or by checking the optional text box on the contact form at www.509fun.com. Consent to texts isn't required to book or join.
- Message frequency varies, based on your requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out. To start again, reply START.
- Help: reply HELP, call (509) 899-9899 or email office@509fun.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
